Molalatladi Electrical was established in 1998 by Mr. Paul Prinsloo who started his career with Eskom in 1963, he progressed through various departments within Eskom gathering valuable knowledge. In 1995 he left Eskom in position as site Supervisor and worked for a high voltage contractor before establishing Molalatladi Electrical in 1998.
His son, Leon Prinsloo joined him in 2000. In 2004 they were fortunate to be joined by Mrs. Makwena A Seshoka who was able to obtain 51% share in the company and through this union gave Molalatladi Electrical the status as Black Woman Owned. She also makes valuable contributions to the company through her previous exposure in the corporate world of finance and business management. She successfully completed her SAMTRAC training in 2011 and is responsible for compiling and updating of Molalatladi Electricals’ Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures and to ensure that we comply with the requirements of our clients.
Molalatladi Electrical is fortunate to have had a low staff turnover for the past 10 years and therefore has highly skilled and trained personnel. Currently 70% of our labour force are authorised in all provinces of South Africa to perform work at Eskom Substations.
Currently Molalatladi Electrical is classified as a Level 2 BEE contributor and a CIDB grading of 6EP.
Molalatladi Electrical has always invested in developing unskilled persons, training them in the skill set required to deliver the specific services offered by the company.

MOLALATLADI communicates this policy throughout the company and tests the understanding through regular tool- box talks as well as a visual display of the quality policy to allow staff to consult the policy when required. Additionally the company reviews the suitability of the quality policy to ensure it maintains the integrity of the company’s service offering.
